Hi Megaman, I’m sorry you got that vibe – we only mention those things to show that we are a committed studio. Sony and Microsoft are mentioned to show that we are approved to release on their platforms. For some of our developers, this is important to know in terms of the projects they want to support.
As for terms and contracts, etc., they vary by position but are usually a percentage of the gross revenue from the game plus some other clauses regarding company equity etc. Again, this can vary greatly depending on the position, so feel free to apply or send us an email if you have any specific questions.
