Issue is only on widgets placed on world!
When you create an Animation in UMG designer and use Set Global Time dilation this animation will use custom time dilation.
Normal actors have Actor Custom Time Dilation which can be used but UMG doesn’t. This came up in 4.9 - was working correctly in 4.8. Still issue in 4.10.
Custom Dilation nodes comments says that UI won’t be affected time dilation which is incorrect.
I was unable to reproduce this issue on our end with the information provided. I have a few questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.
- Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project?
- If so, could you provide a detailed set of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
- Could you provide screen shots of any blueprints that may be involved with this issue?

This wasnt resolved, if you have a timer, like a delay, the widget is afected by the dilation. If the delay is removed the widget works normally.
