Global Niagara Crowd Question

I think i speak for 99% of the community when asking in regards to Niagara particle system for crowd/mesh using
I would love to have this post a strong topic that many other users can go to for answers regarding Niagara

If one were to use niagara particle system for a crowd system can following be done

  1. Rotate the head of an particle mesh to a certain direction, or in generel contorl an animation like its a bone? Like an arm etc etc
  2. Can the animation transition smoothy one to another?
  3. Can i control each particle mesh? Sutch as velocity, position, rotation etc etc
  4. How flexiable is it? give any feedback as you can
  5. How can it be done to get naturally movement that supports slope etc?
