Glitchy Cinematic Sequence Device

Animations I make in uefn look fine when played through the level sequence.
But in game through the cinematic sequence device the animation glitches and skips frames as if the animation is lagging.


How come the editor and game are so different?
The settings on the cinematic sequence device are default expect for autoplay and loop are both enabled.

Ive tried limiting which cinematic sequences play to max 4 at a time.
Ive also tried enabling world streaming and moving my levels far away from each other so the only relevant actors are loaded.

But im still getting hitches and buggy animations on my cinematic sequencer devices.
