I am creating materials for window glass.
I want to have transparency and reflection.
I get skybox HDR reflection on a solid material but the reflection disappears at runtime if the material is transparent. Is it possible to get both?

I would double check that your shading model is set to translucent and in the Translucency options make sure your lighting mode is set to surface translucency volume.
