Glass material is breaking border planes of window BSP

In this picture I’ve got a BSP representing a glass pane from floor to ceiling. See how the material works fine except where the BSP connects to the floor, walls, and ceiling? What is happening here and how do I fix it?

Don’t make glass out of BSP, it subtracts surfaces that are occupying the same space.

theres an option to convert that bsp to a static mesh that might help with that. Not at home so cant test it.
