Giving Bones of Skeletal Mesh Dynamic Properties

This is a bit tricky to explain, but essentially, I have a skeletal mesh that has bones for the hat. I’m looking to have the hat bones react with physics, sorta like “jiggle bones.” I’ve tried using the Physics Asset and the result is way too loose for what I’m looking for. I really just want the bones to bounce in response to the player jumping or walking before resetting back to their default positions.
