Giving an object tornado-like interactions with the player and physic objects?

Hello! I am very very new to unreal and have been struggling to find any videos or step-by-step guides on how to give an actor or object a pull/push/launch/suck effect on surrounding objects and characters within a radius. So far I have been able to figure out how to make things move along a spline and have a basic understanding of how to work the blueprints. Thanks!
