Hello, I’m following this tutorial to create a shadowcatcher,
the problem is, that my invisible floor panel doesn’t emit gi to my objects that remain visibile. so the inshadows are dark and not realistic

Depending on what version of UE you are on there is a flag on the actor called Affect Indirect While Hidden that you can enable. If you are using Lumen you might have to disable screen traces. In 5.4 this will be a checkbox in the PPV but in earlier version you have to do it with a cvar.
