All your recent crashes are associated with the WindowsMoviePlayer plugin. Is this a project that you started in UE4.10 that you have converted to UE4.11? If so, what is the file format of the movie in your project?
Also, if this is a file you are opening a copy of in 4.11, you can clone the original 4.10 version and disable the WindowsMoviePlayer plugin and/or delete the movie file(s) from the clone, save and open a copy in UE4.11. -Then reimport the movie files.
Please try these steps. If there is not a movie file associated with this project, please verify whether or not you can open a blank Blueprint project in UE4.11 -if you can open UE4.11 at all. If you cannot open UE4.11 at all, uninstall/delete the UE4.11 install directory. Re-install UE4.11 and Verify. Then, open a blank Blueprint template and save this blank project before trying to open any other projects.
Since we have not heard back from you in a while, we are closing this thread as “resolved” for tracking purposes. However, if you are continuing experiencing this same crash, please respond with the information requested previously and we will continue to investigate.
hi everybody.
i have this problem also and i think this problem appeared after deleting the project from epic game launcher.
and my groove music player can’t play any music. (i think this two problems are related to each other.)
my engine used to work good.
this problem remained after reinstalling.
i have two versions of unreal engine [4.26 & 4.12] both are crashing at 59% load.
even pasted projects from other computers can’t be loaded.
i appreciate if anyone can solve my problem.
