Getting product support - no email, expired Discord link...what to do?

Hello FAB, can you advise what to do if a seller has no contact email and their in-engine Discord support link has expired (link is in the plugin). Any advice would be appreciated.

As far as I know, contact email for a seller is mandatory. You find it in the about tab on the seller Fab page.

I’m pretty sure if you are unable to reach the seller at their provided contact info you are eligible for a refund, you may need to provide proof that the seller couldn’t be reached though.

Yes it did thank you. I had not noticed the author TAB.
