get hit result by channel or object help

i was wondering which is better to use… or how to use it.

i have 2 objects that are overlapping each other…
and sometimes, i need the other one specifically and vice versa…

the objects are
object 1. static mesh
object 2. a blueprint actor

and the setup is topdown… so , when selecting them, they are both at the same location…

i need help in which one to use properly…
get hit result under cursor by channel or by object…

You may want to look into Multi Line Traces if they are both in the same location.
