Get foliage instance mesh location?


i am trying to get the locations of my painted foliage meshes without success. Only get the count of the total categories (sphere and cube, 2). But all children count of these 2 are always 0. Tested it in 4.22 - 4.24. All the same result. Is that a bug?

No results because they aren’t “spawned” in to the world so to speak. They are part of the component you painted them on.

Ok and how it is possible to get than the locations of the meshes?

It takes me long time to find the solution via Blueprint to get the foliage transforms.
