I loved the asset, it looks great! I already own the previous one, which I use in a non-snow environment.
In the promotional images for this one, I noticed the buildings were shown in a snowy environment.
Can it also be used in a non-snow environment?

Thank you! Yes, it can. Snow caps are optional and you can put the buildings into any type of season/environment you like

Is this made for nanite, or classic LOD’s?

In my pipeline I’m not using Nanite, and i’m looking for great demo map, and this would be perfect!

Thank you! Nanite is completely optional. You may turn it off. It’s on by default but you can select all meshes - right click - nanite- disable. All meshes have proper LODs already.

Hi, does the snow on the ground, cars etc is as meshes? Could you showcase what kind of models they are? I am interested in the pack but I’d like to see what is landscape and what is meshes.

Hello, I see what you mean, there are about 8 snow piles to use on the ground. Plus the snow on cars (and the pile that is shaped like a car), thick snow caps on roofs are all made as static meshes. I will try to show everything properly after I get back to my country in about a week. Thank you for your patience

I am extremely impressed, mindblowing level of detail, worth every single penny! Amazing work Sir, truly!

Absolutely! Already did, well deserved! (probably the review is still pending, cause I do not see it live on fab, its in limbo) As I’ve mentioned in the review - absolutely perfect pack for any soviet panel house imaginable, the only things I would dream about added - some cellar underground stuff, like insulated heating pipes, cellar box partitions, those oldschool plywood doors etc. (Just a personal dream haha!) A little bit of a silly request though, if you wish, currently your props are categorised very very well in the overview map but maybe the same categorisation could be done in the folders in content browser? (I do it by hand currently, but would be nice to have the assets/panels/props be in seperated folders by default so I don’t need to redo it if update happens!) Other than that, once again, shocked at the quality of the product, those 1star reviews are absolutely confusing…

Hey! Sincere apology if I am THAT customer (the annoying one) but I have ran into one inconvinience working with this asset set (nothing bad at all, just a bit inconvinient) I think this little addition could make your pack way better. In the future would you be able to provide more seperated partition walls and stairwell walls? For instance 2 door stories or even 3 door with longer mezzanines (the intermediete floor slabs between two main stories)? Currently if I need to move, change a wall or have a different appartment setup I need to export your prefab internal walls and seperate the elements into pieces manually but it would be very lovely if you could, in the future, provide a set of seperated internal walls similar to your Post-Soviet world 1.0 pack (if I remember correctly), it made customising buildings way quicker.

Thank you! Have a great day!

Hey! You are a great customer and all your points are valid and duely noted! Just wanted to let you know that modular walls and floors are definitely planned (alongside other things). I will do my best to release an update before summer (maybe earlier but right now I need a quick break from the post-soviet stuff after 18 months of making PSW2). Thank you for your patience and feel free to give any feedback any time!
