Geometry Collection (Fracture) becomes weightless and breaks upon impact when resized.

I’m learning Chaos Destruction and trying to make some breakables, but a big issue came up with scaled/resized Geometry Collections that are fractures/breakables.
Whenever I scale those breakables into anything — like 2x, 3x… —, they start to bug out completely.

Most noticeably:
1 — They become “weightless” when touched by the player, being pushed and thrown round at a single touch like they weren’t HUGE structures;
2 — They break apart whenever they’re touched, or even crumble automatically when the world loads.

I’m not sure what is going on, but I suspect it has something to do with mass. However, changing the mass settings inside the Geometry Collection didn’t fix the issue.

I tried scaling the Static Mesh, then converting it into Geometry Collections. That fixes the “weighless” problem, but they still shatter if the player keeps walking into them for a bit.

Any ideas about what could be wrong? This has happened for months now, and I haven’t seen something like this mentioned in the forums or anywhere else so far.

An example of a breakable that bugs out when scaled is a barrel. At 1x, it behaves perfectly. At 2x, it breaks on touch and is thrown around like crazy when touched.
