Geo-refrenced laser scans are moved?

Maybe you can see the issue?

1. Project Settings

2. Import Settings
   

   

3. Prior Pose - correct location
   (Edit: Img removed)

4. Registration Pose - now it comes in somewhere else not even close to London where they should be
   (Edit: Img removed)

Fortunately for the project once images and GCP’s are added the registration comes out correct, but laser scans on their own give this result which we don’t understand why
