Generator Decay in ScorchedEarthDayCycle

The ScorchedEarthDayCycle blueprint in the SE Core folder has an option for “Active Containers to damage” and this is what controls the decay of electrical generators in the SE map. Changing this option in a child version of this and a copy of this accomplish nothing at all. Is there a way to get around this, or am I just doing this wrong?

I’m trying to find how to remove/override the insane Hyper Thermal buff that Stone gives. But don’t know enough on graphs to get it.
