Generating DDC for AirSim

I am using Ubuntu 18.04 with Unreal Engine 4.25. I have set up everything and the Editor opens without any issues. However, when I load the AirSim project from Editor it just starts compiling shaders then within a second my whole system is freezed.

And I saw a post regarding compiling shared and the post suggested to generated DDC for the project beforehand. And I tried the same with below command.

./UnrealEngine-4.25/Engine/Binaries/Linux/UE4Editor AirSim-master -run=DerivedDataCache -fill -DDC=CreatePak

However, I end up with below issue as soon as I run this.
