Generating an exportable file from a Landscape Spline?

Is it possible to export the spline parameters/coordinates from a Landscape Spline within the Unreal Editor into a standard format (e.g. a CSV file)?

I’ve seen posts on the forum regarding importing splines into the Unreal Editor (for instance here and here), but not much regarding export. Even with import, I wonder if it is possible for UE4 to take in a CSV file and create a spline, although I imagine that is probably more difficult.
