Generateprojectfiles can not find import project

setup corrctly but generateprojectfiles has some mistakes.Is the path incorrect
?And how to deal with it.

There is not microsoft. directory in the path MSBuild/15.0/

There is not microsft.csharp.core.tar file in the path MSBuild/15.0/
