i’ve already downloaded full code from setup.bat that was 3.6 gb

What version of Visual Studio do you have installed? The most recent versions of UE4 default to using 2015 but can be changed to use 2013 if that is what you’re using. If you’re using any earlier versions, you’ll need to update as they are not natively supported.
