Generate cpp project Couldn't find UnrealBuildTool

The Games launcher update messed up a few settings related to UE4.

After the most recent update, trying to open any uproject file associated with UnrealVersionSelector.exe results in ‘Failed to launch editor’. Using Process Monitor I can see that it is looking for UnrealEditor.exe in the Binaries/Win64 folder when it should be looking for UE4Editor.exe
