I’m working on a project and it occurred to me that many may find it’s contents useful. So I’m checking to see if anyone is interested.
The kit so far will include:
Modular Robots (20 variations each of Heads, upper arms, lower arms, 3 - spine parts, upper leg, lower leg that can be combined in editor to create different designs. Hands, neck, and to some degree feet are all the same for most bots but there are a few exceptions)
A full FPS character (with 50 piece inventory, and full animation system for multiple guns)
A full TPS character (with 50 piece inventory, and full animation system for multiple guns)
A full Menu system (Main Menu, Pause Menu, Exit Screen, and a Control Layout Screen)
Enemy drones that fly
Ground based enemies (turrets)
Robot enemy AI (of course)
Original Synthesized sound effects and audio (perfectly loop ready music, some robot voice audio, etc.)
A drivable car
A flyable aircraft
AI for both of the above
Pickups
Player - NPC Dialogue System
I’m working on the following for inclusion as well:
Enemies that ‘Self Teleport’ (ie they’re like Nightcrawler from the X-Men)
Conversation Animations
Entering and Exiting Vehicle Animations.
This whole thing will be set up for desktop deployment. Let me know if you’re interested by voting.
