GameplayCamera : how to use Blend Camera Evaluation Data node?


I’m attempting to setup a proximity based blending between two camera rig. There seems to be a node made exactly for that but I can’t seem to figure out how to use it.
So far I have :

  1. A float transmitted through VariableCollection that I successfully receive in my state tree CameraEvaluatorTask

  2. The same naming for both blendable parameters

  3. that’s it! i’m loosing my mind in all those suggested struct ref that lead nowhere in bp.

to whoever is looking into this new system :

  1. Completely delete “gameplay animation sample” project you mostlikely have installed since last summer.
  2. re-download it to 5.6 version (nope, the UE/fab storefront won’t flag there’s an update, but there ARE!)
  3. Now you have access to all of mixmaster Chabant setup.
    it might not anwser my question above…but I wish I figured this out earlier :sweat_smile:
