What we’re working on
An arena sword-fighting game with moves based on historical martial arts systems from around the world, aiming for tactical variety and realism.
The first goal is making sure our core mechanics work and are robustly networked.
Who we’re looking for
Applicants should have Blueprint and/or C++ programming experience and be confident they can deliver gameplay systems modules to negotiated deadlines. You should also be willing to offer design feedback where needed.
Experience with UE4’s animation systems (including Animation Blueprints) will be a significant bonus.
Ideally, we would like to work with a programmer based in Australia, but we’re happy to consider applicants from anywhere in the world, as long as you are able to receive payment simply and securely.
What we’re offering
Industry-standard payment, negotiated per feature, plus a percentage of any profits made in the future.
Beyond these basics, we’re keen to form ongoing relationships with contributors, assuming this project makes enough to fund the next one.
We have detailed documentation and a complete animation set ready. New and modified animation can be produced at short notice, so animation will not be a bottleneck for programming.
