Gameplay cues doesnt work in packaged game

Hello.
I am using Gameplay cues to drive my sound and visual effects.
In PIE, everything works as expected, but the cues are not triggered in a standalone game (and a packaged game).
I have done the following:

  1. Added the cues folder to “Directories to always cook”
  2. Added the directory to GameplayCueNotifyPaths
  3. Added log writes to the cue handlers (they are not present in the log files)

Some cues are triggered through a gameplay effect, and some are triggered with a node (execute gameplay cue on owner)

Am I missing a step?
