I defined owner but that not solved problem.
after some research i added PossessedBy override so when pawn is possessed, actor info is refreshed
void ACharacterRoot::PossessedBy(AController * NewController)
{
Super::PossessedBy(NewController);
AbilitySystemComponentas->RefreshAbilityActorInfo();
}
and removed Set Owner node.
