Gamepad d-pads not working

Hi .
i am using ue 4.19.2 . I have issue with gamepad when i press the d-pad keys in umg or in level . The d-pads are not working in mobile . .
The other keys are working now but the d-pads not working

…??. The d-pads are bot working in android . Anyone face this issue

Hi.
Pubg mobile ( android )is made by unreal and pubg support almost all controller.
But i dont know what is the problem with my engine.
