game says I cant run this game on my cpu after i have downloaded the engine and all the things needed to get to the loading screen

If it helps i play on the xbox also… will that not allow me to play on the cpu on this account also? would I have to create a whole new account to play on the cpu?
i assume your talking about fortnite in which case go to the fortnite support page and contact customer support there. also pc and cpu do not mean the same thing. a cpu is a piece of a pc, ala cpu is the processor where pc is the entire system.
