Game Packaging Error - BP Coding

Using Unreal Engine 4.19.2 In this video you will see game-play from the exe file first, (Not working right)
Then demonstrating with PIE the same game being played within the engine and it works properly. I’ve had to find a solution to this by using another actor basically. I’ve attached the BP coding as well, very basic design. So when the exe file is created for whatever reason one of the actors stops functioning 100% yet handles perfectly in PIE.

ALSO I’ve noticed 4.14.3 had some color balances being swapped in the post effects for at least 2 channels such as ‘midtones’ or ‘global’ for example green was instead replaced with blue or vise versa. This should be checked and fixed if these errors are still persistent.
