Hi I have question.

Can I make a game for wear os and for an Apple Watch using unreal engine ?

I suspect not. The watch runs WatchOS ( I don’t know where they got that weird name from… ), and UE can compile for MacOS.

That’s not what plugins do. And again, smartwatches do not have enough power to run something like Unreal Engine
