Game Mode: How to use a Cinematic Camera for Game Play?

When clicking PLAY, I would like to use a cinematic camera that allows me to setup the ISO, F-STOP, etc.

Is this possible?
And if so, how can you do that instead of the general auto-exposure camera?

I guess you don’t have to use cine camera, you can achieve all this with post process. Al the options can be found in post process volume
