Game is malfunctioning even though it packages with no errors

I’m experiencing some issues with my packaged game. One enemy causes a fatal error any time it is attacked. I rebuilt this enemy and it’s parent from scratch, and the problem persists. The checkpoint system is now failing, and instantly kills the player when they try to respawn. These issues aren’t present in the editor playtesting, and there are no errors that I can find in the log.

I’m not sure how to fix something that has no error messages. What should I do to try and troubleshoot this?

Does it happen when you package for development? There is a log then

<game_name>\Saved\Logs<game_name>.log
