I received no error message from the engine console, the game crashed after its deployed on iphone5, which has iOS 9.0 and a 16GB memory. Now I need some sort of crash log but I’m not experienced to find it and I don’t know which one should I post. Please help, thank you.
Plus: All maps( even the ones with ‘none’ gamemode and empty scenes ) in this project are unable to launch, and the other projects are fine with this.
In order to better assist you, I’m going to need some [logs][1] from your device:
Windows:
- Open iPhonePackager (Engine/Binaries/DotNET/IOS)
- Select a uproject file (Optional)
- Select the Advance Tools tab
- Select Other Deployment Tools…
- Select Backup Documents…
- Select the IPA for the game you wish to get a log for
- The documents directory data will then be copied to Engine/Binaries/DotNET/IOS/IOS_Backups or GameDir/IOS_Backups if a uproject was selected
- The log can then be found at IOS_Backups/Game/Saved/Logs
Mac:
- Open Xcode (Install Xcode if you have not already)
- Open Window|Devices
- Select the device you want to get the log off of
- Select the app you want to get the log from
- Select the gear icon under the app list
- Select Download Container
- Select a location for the container file
- Navigate to the file via Finder
- Right click and select Show Package Contents
- Navigate to the location of the log (AppData/Documents/Game/Saved/Logs/)
Thanks!

Please remember that we aren’t typically available through the weekend and sometimes it takes 4+ days for us to respond to an issue, depending on how busy we are.
I see that every time your project crashes with the editor, it’s happening while you’re away from the computer. Do you know what you did before you left the editor unattended which caused it to crash?
Do you have any reproduction steps I could follow to try and get the same error to occur? I will need reproduction steps in order to put this bug in .
Is this basically happening any time that you deploy a project to your iOS device, or with a specific project only?
Thanks!
