The webinar may have some relevancy with Unreal Engine 4, in terms of techniques used to create 3D environments that can then be linked to Unreal Engine 4, but the actual discussion wouldn’t be about Unreal Engine 4 as Naughty Dog uses their own custom game engine and tools they wrote themselves.
