Futurisic Combat Weapons won't finish syncing for UE 4.8.3

I recently purchased the Futuristic Combat Weapons pack from the Marketplace, and when ever I download it, it gets stuck at “Syncing.” Anyone have any advice as what I can do to fix this?

Edit: It seems to only be a problem on UE 4.8.3, but that’s unfortunately the version the project I’m working on is in.

We were working on a fix for this pack and now you should be able to download for all versions listed. Please try and test the pack once more and come back to me if you run into any other issues.
