Hello.
On date 26/7/2014 funds from my account were witdrawn but i have no access to updates from launcher and on my dashboard it states that i am unsubscribed.
Thus if regular billing occured i though that my subscription would continue.

Hello Sean,
As i was absent on some personal matters and could not check my mail or Unreal Launcher until today,
therefore im informing you that it seems the problem got sorted itself the second day from my report. Funny how it took some time from fund withdrawal to extension of subscription but what the hell…guess it happens sometimes.
Everything seems to work now as i am updating unreal to the newest version and can happily continue with my project.
I am appreciating the show of concern and so im hoping that my late reply did not cause you some trouble.
