I’ll probably continue to do little fun scenes like this to get more familiar with the engine until I have the time to really dedicate to a more serious portfolio piece. I just find doing these scenes is an extremely fun and easy way to learn the new engine

Finished one more quick scene before I move out of Florida. Learned a bit about the landscape tools this time around as well as a little more about the lighting and post process differences between UE3 and UE4. This one took me close to 4 hours total. All art assets were created by Epic Games!

Wanted to do one more quick scene before I leave the United States, wasn’t sure how much time I would have to ever do this within the next 4 months so wanted to do one more quick one 
The scene was built using the assets from the Effects Cave Demo made by Epic Games, also used the tree from SpeedTree. This one took me a little less than 2 hours to complete, I didn’t have near as much time to work on it but it was still fun!

May not be ultra quality, but looking at the composition as a whole it looks very nice. It’s cool seeing the creative things you can come up with using these assets. Keep it up. =)
Yea, definitely not high quality, just an image in my head I wanted to recreate quickly. Hoping to start doing some much higher quality work in the coming weeks, going to kick it up a few notches

Out of all of the dozens of themes I have created for levels over the years I have never had a to do a really clean futuristic city themed level so I wanted to practice a bit with a quick scene.
The scene took me a little over 3 hours to finish but working in this theme is a lot of fun so I may make 1-2 more in this theme
