FullBodyIk is inconsistent about IK Rig and Control Rig

FullBodyIk in Control Rig and IK Rig should be the same thing, but I can’t get the same result with the same Settings,I’m usingTheThirdPerson Sample.I don’t even know how to set up Control Rig so that the skeletons don’t deform
