Position Overview:**
is seeking a proactive, full-time **3D Visualization Artist **to join our growing team in Winston-Salem, NC. The team member will own a key role in the development of a key new product offering within the Ripple product suite utilizing Unreal Engine. In addition, the associate will develop creative, compelling content that showcases a vision of residential offerings and community amenities prior to being built in order to drive sales of residential inventory. This position requires solid technical and storytelling skills; proven ability with high-end rendering techniques and post-production; and the ability to work collaboratively in internal/external team environments. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of strong proficiency with 3D Visualization, Lighting, Texturing, and Rendering utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, V-Ray, Unreal Engine, and Adobe Creative Suite with a firm understanding of Architecture and Interior Design principles. Candidates should be able to demonstrate proficiency and discuss project portfolio pieces from concept to delivery. Preference will be given to candidates with Unreal Engine experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with our client service group and liaise with architects/interior designer to determine scope and ultimate delivery of 3D Visualizations including 3D Floor Plans, 3D renderings, and 3D animations.
- Work closely with our product team to create engaging visualization deliverables built around proven sales and marketing tools.
- Work closely with our product team to develop and enhance a core product offering built within Unreal Engine.
- Apply lighting and shading to properly represent photorealistic quality of renderings; consistently display a strong attention to detail and finishes.
- Assist and/or lead in the production of 3D walk / fly through animation.
- Assist and/or lead in the development of Virtual Reality (VR) environments within Unreal Engine.
- Assist and/or lead in the preparation of video presentations that combine 3D still renderings, 3D animation, 2D architectural graphics and video footage.
- Storyboarding of scenes that involve virtual cameras, camera tracking and movements, and general film-based producing and directing skills to produce high-end animations.
- Provides accurate time estimates to complete projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of all phases of creative work on 3D models from conception through production, as directed.
- Stay current on all technology related to all 3D Visualization techniques to streamline development.
- Assist with defining processes and make recommendations for improvement.
