Full Body 3D Mesh to Avatar in UE5.7

I have a full body scan, and I am not able to understand the path to convert it to a user-avatar in UE5.7
The idea is to have a VR environment in which I can assign this 3D model to the user, and it follows the body movement (using VIVE trackers possibly), hand movement, and lip sync.

I understand that this is possible via MetaHuman, but can’t understand how to proceed. Tried a bit of tutorials, but no success.

Any help or suggestions would be valuable.
