Frozen downloading from Epic Marketplace

I’ve been staring at this as it doesn’t move for over 30 minutes… I think it’s frozen and I can’t seem to find a way to cancel that particular asset. Aby ideas??

Try this:

Completely close your launcher then reopen it. To do this, you will need to exit out of the launcher and then, on your taskbar, open the hidden icons tab and find the Epic Games Launcher icon. Right click and close. If you want to be extra thorough, open your task manager and close any instance of the Launcher and Unreal you have running there as well.

Let me know if that fixes it.

Hmmm… no. Now it’s worse LOL

I’ve completely restarted my machine and am still getting this now. On any asset I try to install into the project. :confused:

Ok - got past that error code by opening and closing the project in question.

However, now am I back at the original issue of the assets not adding. I don’t really want to uninstall/reinstall the engine but I think I have no choice at this point… blaeh!

I just really don’t want to lose my project and have to start over again…
