I get this on startup when I try to play frostpunk on the xbox game pass. I dont know what to do?

Hey there @User-f8c139934e! Welcome to the community! This forum is primarily for support with Unreal Engine specific issues, though I will usually make an attempt to help with issues from released games if the error produced is a common one for Unreal.

However in your case, it looks like some form of user authentication specific to Frostpunk 2 is failing here. This could be related to the Microsoft authentication at the beginning of the game launch or something internal if 11bit studios has an internal accounting system. In cases like this, Iā€™d recommend reaching out to 11bit via their player support.
