I get this on startup when I try to play frostpunk on the xbox game pass. I dont know what to do?

However in your case, it looks like some form of user authentication specific to Frostpunk 2 is failing here. This could be related to the Microsoft authentication at the beginning of the game launch or something internal if 11bit studios has an internal accounting system.
