From maya to UE4 simple object with transparency map

I am using Maya 2017 on Windows7, and I am using the SendToUnreal to send this simple cube.
It has a Blinn shader and a transparency map. I can get the cube in no problem, but the shader isn’t coming with it? Can you import it correctly. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong ?

I don’t believe the engine supports .tif files. try exporting your texture as a .png. you may need to import it separately but i can’t say for sure since i don’t use maya.
