On March 2023, Future Trash co-founder Kevin Marciano was at GDC with a Steam Deck and a few months of runway left, trying to save his studio - then UEFN got announced.

Fast forward to today and the studio has over two billion minutes played, a $5M seed round, a Game Awards nomination, and the record breaking Droid Tycoon!
