Friend account has problems joining my session launched from UEFN

To be able to test my UEFN island with multiple players a friend tried to connect with a Nintendo Switch when I am in my session launched from UEFN but he keeps getting the message “Not able to connect to this game mode” (translated from german). Can you help me to troubleshoot this issue?

i have the same issue, and my other account is on my Team

All Nintendo Switch Players trying to join my game, end up crashing completely and their game closes and they disconnect from the server.
I tested on Nintendo Switch with the same undesirable behavior…
