Freezes every 2 seconds

Hello, I have fps jumps every 2 seconds in the unreal engine editor, regardless of the engine version and project. hangs even on an empty project. I updated the drivers for the video card after that - nothing. during operation, the computer is not loaded, only unreal engine freezes. before that, everything was always fine. my computer : ryzen 2600. vega 56. 16 gb. windows 10
