Freezed processing

Hello,

I have scanned 3 objects in a raw. So while I was scanning new, previous was uploading/processing.
When I finished, I have just switched the phone.
After few hours I have checked the results and found out, that only one project of 3 was processed.
Two others hanging in processing mode and I can’t either re-process or delete them.

What can I do for get processing done?
In case it is not possible, how can I download my photos of the projects in order not lose them?

Hello @zandermikhail I am sorry for not getting sooner to you. Can you send me a screenshot of your projects list? When you say that the previous model was “uploding/processing” do you mean that the images were still uploading or you have already named your project and sent it to processing? Have you tried restarting the whole app, what version of the RealityScan do you have and what device are you using?
