I thought Robo Recall was free? $9.00.
It’s worth at least $30 right now. Once more mods are released it’ll be way more. Shut yo mouth and open your wallet.

It is free as long as you have the Oculus Touch controllers.
Just a heads-up though, if you only just added them, it might need a restart of the Oculus software, and maybe to wait a bit. The game didn’t go immediately from $30 to free for me, I had to wait a bit and restart the app.
