This is an RTS camera plugin for the Unreal Engine.
You can integrate it with existing projects, just drop it to the Plugins directory.
The camera can be moved using the mouse based on the screen borders or keys, it supports smooth or stepped zoom and rotation. It can also adopt the height of the camera to the terrain and lots of other customization in blueprint, all the options are in the GIT description.
